RETURN POLICY

 

-We only accept returns when the product is defacted or damaged.

-Pictures showing the defacts or damages of the product is required to be attached in the email with the return request.

-Upon receiving the returning products, the full purchased amount would be refunded to your paypal account or credit card within 48 hours.

EXCHANGES

-To make an exchange, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of:
(1) sending the product(s) back to our office
(2) re-sending the exchanged product(s) to you

-You may only exchange for the same product in a different size or product(s) of the same or higher value than the original purchase.
(You need to pay the price difference if you wish to exchange for a product that's of higher value)

-We will only ship out the exchanging product(s) when the original product(s) is received.
